Michael Molitz

Michael K. Molitz joined Finnan, Fleischut & Associates in December of 2005.  He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of immigration and nationality law, with previous emphasis on all types of employment-based permanent residency (green card) cases.  Mr. Molitz received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1992. He served on the Moot Court Honors Board during his third year of law school.  

Mr. Molitz is a member of the Northern California and Washington state chapters of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He has served on various immigration-related committees and panels.  He is admitted to practice in California as an active member of the California State Bar.
