USCIS Increases Filing Fees

May 29, 2007 - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced that effective July 30, 2007, the fees for immigration benefit applications and petitions will increase, in some cases significantly.  The complete new fee schedule may be found at, http://www.uscis.gov/files/nativedocuments/FinalUSCISFeeSchedule052907.pdf.
