Consultation and Fee Policy

Our firm provides consultations with an attorney.  The cost for such service is $150.00 payable at the time of consultation or prior to a telephone consultation.  In order to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the case, immigration related documents should be brought to the consultation or provided via facsimile or mail prior to a telephone consultation.  If an immigration matter is initiated, the consultation fee is credited toward the cost of the case. .

Most immigration fees are based upon a flat-fee schedule.  However, some immigration matters may be invoiced on an hourly basis due to the nature of the case.  Prior to opening an immigration matter with our firm, the cost of legal fees will be outlined in a retainer agreement. 

All Fees and costs should be paid by cash or check.  We do not accept credit cards.

An attorney-client relationship is not established during the consultation.
